Most people with a good idea stop at the same wall: they can't build it, and they can't afford to pay someone who can. So the idea sits in a notes app for two years, and eventually someone else builds it.

That wall came down and nobody told you.

Zero to Live is two days. You arrive with an idea. You leave with a working application, live on the internet, at an address a stranger can type into their phone — plus the exact workflow to build the next one in days instead of months, and a real price to put on it.

Not a prototype. Not a demo that only runs on your laptop. A live thing that works while you sleep.

You don't leave with a certificate. You leave with a URL.

What you'll actually do

Day 1 — Idea to working

You'll take a real idea and build it with AI, learning to direct the tools rather than beg them. Where they're brilliant, where they lie to you, and how to tell the difference.

By the end of the day, it runs.

Day 2 — Localhost to the world

Deployment. A domain people can say out loud. HTTPS. And what to do when it breaks — because it will.

Then the part nobody teaches: what this is worth, who pays for it, and how to ask.

The weekend ends with the Link Drop. Everybody posts their live URL at the same moment. Then we open them on our phones and use each other's apps.

What you need

A laptop. Any working laptop. Not a phone.

An idea. Small and real beats big and vague. Your mother's business is a better starting point than the next Uber.

No prior experience required. You don't need to already code — but you do need to be willing to read what the machine hands you and think about whether it's right.

The people who struggle here aren't the ones who can't code. They're the ones who won't look.

Who's teaching

Daniel Ishaku — founder of Toko Academy, curator of TEDxYola.

He's shipped production systems for real clients in this state: Casi360, a full organizational management platform built for CASI, and campaign applications used in live elections.
